Sally Rugano is the Chief Executive Officer of Newpoint Properties with over fifteen years of experience in strategic real estate advisory across commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use sectors. She brings strong expertise in occupier services, investment advisory and development consulting for both institutional and private clients. 

 In her role, Sally oversees Newpoint’s national operations, including commercial and residential agency, landlord and tenant representation, property and facilities management and business development. She works closely with developers, multinational occupiers, institutional investors and high-net-worth clients to align asset strategies with operational and financial objectives. 

 Sally is recognised for her strategic leadership, advisory depth and ability to drive complex mandates across East Africa’s real estate market. She plays a central role in shaping Newpoint’s growth, strengthening service standards and positioning the firm as a trusted advisor in Kenya’s evolving property landscape. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics and is a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB). She is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), demonstrating her commitment to global professional excellence.
