Stephen Kamau is the Director of Valuation & Development Advisory at Newpoint Properties and brings over fifteen years of experience across commercial, residential, industrial, retail, agricultural and educational asset classes. He specialises in valuation, feasibility analysis, financial modelling and highest-and-best-use advisory for institutional and private clients. 

In his role, Stephen leads valuation mandates, development appraisal, market research and secured-lending assessments, ensuring that all work is delivered in line with the RICS Red Book, International Valuation Standards and local regulatory requirements. He supports investors, lenders and developers with accurate, investment-grade analysis.
