Wilson Afunzi brings over ten years of experience in property management & valuation. He brings extensive experience in managing residential & commercial property portfolios, with core strengths in lease administration, service charge management, tenant relations & operational optimization. In addition to his professional practice, Wilson has contributed to industry thought leadership through published articles in the Surveyors’ Journal, reflecting his commitment to advancing the real estate profession. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Nairobi and is a Registered and Practicing Estate Agent & a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
In his role, Wilson is in charge of the firm’s property management portfolio, leading strategy, operations and client service delivery to ensure optimal asset performance, tenant satisfaction and sustainable portfolio growth.
