Sally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an international accredited degree. She is also a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) and a Registered Agent with the Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB).

Prior to joining Newpoint, Sally worked in Knight Frank for 10 years

Stephen is the director in charge of Property Valuations and Development Advisory Services. His role involves handling valuations for commercial, residential, agricultural, retail, industrial and educational properties, as well as development of appraisal and financial modelling, market research and feasibility studies, and highest and best use studies. He also has in-depth understanding and experience in secured lending, sales, purchase, financial accounting, taxation, rating and compulsory acquisition valuation prepared in compliance with the RICS Red Book and the International Valuation Standards. Stephen holds a Bachelors degree in Land Economics and is a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK). He is a Registered and Practicing Valuer and has more than 10 years’ experience in the Real Estate Market in Kenya.

Prior to joining Newpoint, Stephen worked at Citiscape Valuers and Vidmerck Limited.

Mutuma is the director in charge of Urban Planning and Design. As a Director, he is responsible for all operations that include sustainable urban and infrastructure development, urban research & policy, project design and concepts, planning for urban risk & resilience, master planning, and scheme designs. Mutuma plays a huge role in the firm by advising on Urban growth areas and new property investment zones, project design and concepts, land use planning, traffic management plans, Urban planning laws and its impacts to development, county development regulations and infrastructure development. He is currently involved in a number of urban development projects within and outside Nairobi. Mutuma holds a Bachelors degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Nairobi and a masters in International Planning & Sustainable Development from the University of Westminster. He also holds a Diploma in Property Development and Investment from the University of Cape Town. Mutuma is a Full Member of the Kenya Institute of Planners.

Eliud is the head of sales across the United States of America and is based in the city of Dallas, Texas. He joined our team in 2021 and his main role is helping Kenyans in the USA make important Real Estate Investment decisions back home.
