Muhuri Road is within Nairobi County. It is located between Waiyaki Way and Dagoretti Road and it can be accessed via two main routes. The Southern By-pass via Kikuyu Road or Waiyaki way near Kinoo.

Each purchaser will get a 99-year lease. The common areas will be collectively owned by all homeowners, with each unit holding one share in the management company.

Select your preferred unit through our sales team and complete an Expression of Interest Form. Pay the booking fee of KES 500,000 to reserve your unit. You will then receive a draft Sale Agreement, which should be signed within 10 days of offer acceptance, together with payment of 30% of the purchase price (less the booking fee). Make progressive payments as per the approved payment plan. Once construction is complete, you’ll be invited for a final inspection before making the final payment. After handover, the transfer and registration process will follow, and ownership documents will be issued in your name.

Yes, a Homeowners association (HOA) will be formed by the buyers, who will collectively agree on the rules and regulations for the estate, as well as the monthly service charge. The estimated monthly service charge is KES 10,000. This fee covers the maintenance of common areas, landscaping, security services, garbage collection and amenities such as the pool, clubhouse and jogging track.
